Parking, 10 Vanderhorst (No spaces currently available)

Parking near the College of Charleston and downtown Charleston is very limited and expensive. However, 10 Vanderhorst offers a 24/7 safe, affordable, and close-to-campus parking option. 10 Vanderhorst Street is a rental property located across from the McAlister Hall dorm and 2 doors down from the Kelly House dorm. As depicted in the Parking Diagram, the parking lot provides 14 parking spaces. Parking rentals are offered on a semester-by-semester basis:

  • Fall (August 16 - December 31) = $600 total

  • Spring (January 1 - May 15) = $600 total

  • Summer (May 16 - August 15) = $350 total

 

A $200 refundable deposit is required and will be refunded when the parking pass is returned.

The parking lot is monitored by Red Dog Towing to assure that spaces are available to parking tenants. Completion of the Parking Application and Parking Agreement required.  Application fee not applicable.
